About cd111

Our Mission

Bringing World-Class Gaming to Bangladesh

cd111 was founded with one clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a safe, exciting, and fully localised online gaming experience. We recognised that the people of Bangladesh deserved a platform built around their language preferences, their favourite sports, and the payment tools they use every single day — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket among them.

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a reliable, mobile-first casino and sportsbook where every deposit, every spin, and every bet is handled securely and transparently. From the BPL cricket season to the peak of the T20 World Cup, cd111 keeps Bangladeshi sports fans and casino enthusiasts at the centre of everything we do.

Our Story

From a Local Idea to a National Platform

The story of cd111 begins with a simple observation: millions of Bangladeshi cricket fans and gaming enthusiasts had no reliable, locally-integrated online platform to call home. International platforms often lacked bKash or Nagad support, charged high conversion fees on foreign currencies, and offered customer service that was entirely out of step with the Bangladesh market. cd111 was built to close that gap.

Today, cd111 serves players from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Our platform is optimised for the devices and connectivity speeds that are most common in Bangladesh, which means fast load times even on 4G connections, a clean mobile-first interface, and a growing catalogue of cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slots, fishing games, and crash titles that keep every type of player engaged.

Why cd111

Six Reasons Players Choose Us

Our Values

What We Stand For

Every decision we make at cd111 is guided by a set of core values that keep the player experience at the heart of our business.

• Transparency — clear terms, honest odds, and straightforward bonus rules with no hidden conditions.
• Player Safety — responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out options available to all users.
• Fairness — all games use certified random number generators (RNG) so every outcome is genuinely random and unbiased.
• Accessibility — a fully mobile-optimised experience available on any smartphone regardless of brand or operating system.
• Community — celebrating Bangladeshi culture, major sporting events, and national occasions with special promotions and bonuses for our players.

Our Players

Built for Bangladeshi Players, Every Step of the Way

Whether you are a cricket fan placing pre-match bets on the Bangladesh Tigers, a casino enthusiast looking for live roulette and baccarat, a slots player chasing the next big jackpot, or someone who simply enjoys a few rounds of fishing games after a long day — cd111 has something for you. Our platform is designed for adults aged 21 and above who are looking for a responsible, entertaining gaming experience that respects their time and money.

We are proud to serve players in every division of Bangladesh — from the bustling streets of Dhaka and the port city of Chittagong, to the tea gardens of Sylhet and the beaches of Cox's Bazar. We localise not just our payments but our promotions too, aligning special bonuses with events like Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the BPL tournament season. cd111 feels like home because it was designed to be home.

Payments

Fast, Local, and Fee-Free Transactions

We integrated Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services directly into our platform so you never have to worry about conversion rates or slow transfer times. Deposit with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket in under a minute, and withdraw your winnings back to the same wallet just as quickly. For players who prefer card payments, we also accept Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are kept low so that gaming at cd111 is accessible to everyone, with a starting deposit of as little as ৳500.

Our Commitment

Responsible Gaming and Long-Term Trust

cd111 is unambiguous on this point: gaming should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial strategy. We embed responsible gaming tools at every level of our platform — from optional deposit limits and session timers to full self-exclusion options for players who need a break. Our support team is trained to recognise early signs of problem gambling and to connect players with appropriate guidance. This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

We are continuously investing in platform improvements, expanding our game library, adding new local payment partners, and refining the overall user experience based on feedback from our growing community. The trust of Bangladeshi players is the foundation on which cd111 is built, and we take that responsibility seriously every single day.
